It's been a crazy week. Today is the first day I've really just been able to relax and enjoy time with the kiddos. It was so nice.
We started the day exploring a new place, the North Point Park. It's not a far walk from us and is now one of my favorite places in the city. The views of the city, bridges, water, trains, etcetera are amazing. I could go on all day. The kids had a great time playing on the playground as well.

Christian wanted to pose for a picture, Lindalee did not.
"Spider-man"
She never ended up going down.
Little monkey loved the monkey bars
Lindalee, not so much.
After the uneventful Christmas tree lighting at Fanuel Hall, I was a bit apprehensive towards attending another. Chris' boss gave him VIP tickets for the Boston Commons lighting, so, I couldn't say no. I'm glad I didn't! It was the most magical and spectacular Christmas event I have ever been to. Even the kids were mesmerized by the entertainment {95% of the time}, which speaks for itself. We saw Joey McIntyre {New Kids on the Block, flash back!}, Erica Van Pelt, Blue Man Group, Nova Scotia Band, the Boston Ballet, the Boston Celtics official junior dance team {they were ridiculously amazing!}, and the 2013 Wold Series trophy. Pretty awesome!
Christian and his "light-saber"
Oh, Joey!
Fireworks and snow {confetti snow}!
If you ever get bored, you should check out the history behind this tree lighting, it's quite interesting.
Thankful for a wonderful day with my little ones and the strong spirit of Christmas in this wonderful city we now call home!
Silly Gabiya!
