The chickens have been getting into mischief {flying out of their container}, so "Farmer Christian" and I rounded them up and put them in a new, but temporary, home. The little buggers learned how to sneak out of the holes, so "Farmer Christian" kept watch and took his job very seriously. He was very proud of himself and said he "Cannot wait to be a real farmer" when he grows up.
Once Lindalee woke from her nap, we brought the chicks in the yard to play. Lindalee hung out near, or in, their cage for most of the time saying, "Ohhh, baby chicks happy!".
