We had a fun-filled visit with Grandma and Grandad while they stopped in Boston on their way to Europe. We all stayed in Marblehead, MA while they were here. The house that we stayed in was gorgeous, the views, to die for, but the best part of it all was the playroom filled with more toys than Christian and Lindalee could play with. Between the toys and Grandma & Grandad, the children were in heaven.
Christian and Lindalee anxiously waiting for Grandma & Grandad to wake up. Christian went out of his way to be extra loud in the mornings.
A lovey view to wake up to!
Morning cuddles with Grandad
Christian was very excited to help Grandad make scrambled eggs for breakfast.
We had a fun time exploring Marblehead together. We walked to an old fort that once protected Marblehead from invaders {pirates!}. The children were fascinated, especially Christian.
At the top of the fort you can easily spy pirates that may be attacking!
Grandad taught Christian to "ski" down hills just like Daddy and Uncle Ed when they were boys.
Christian was not happy when Grandad gave him some pointers on his "skiing" style. Oh, Christian.
See a resemblance?
Lunchtime with Grandma
Lindalee loves to share!
Thankful for some great memories in Marblehead with Grandma and Grandad!
